Our Story

My experience in the Telecom Industry started as a customer, who at one time received 13 telephone bills a month and read them like most people do. If they were 10% more or less of the previous total I paid it. Not good.

In 1995, I closed my construction business and put out “feelers” to other sales business opportunities. The recruiter called one day to let me know she had a great opportunity for me, working for an MCI agent. My response was Never, that is like selling vacuum cleaners! All I could see in that marketplace was robo calls at dinner time offering money to change Providers. Sounds sleezy doesn’t it?

So – What makes us different?

On the carrier side, I have 25 years of experience selling and repairing a variety of voice and data products in multiple states. I studied at the Verizon training centers in NY and Marlboro Ma. I learned to read and understand tariffs making it easier to make the right recommendations to our customers. I’ve worked with the Olympic Regional Development center in Lake Placid NY providing services for the Good will Games, World Cup events and with ESPN’s broadcast events.

My experience has allowed me to provide services with the following guarantees. We follow strong ethical guidelines in servicing our customers. It will always be the Customer comes first and not based on which product made more money. We will treat all clients, regardless of size or known brand.

Services will be rightsized, and best fit the needs of our end user. We make it part of the process to always listen to the customers needs and educate them on the options.
